Formation: [Threes] One man between two ladies in straight lines forming a circle anticlockwise around the room.

  Music : 32 bar reel

  A1    Walk forward 8 steps. Walk backwards 8 steps.

A2    Walk forward 12 steps and stamp 4 times .

B1    Men (make an arch with both ladies) spin the girls around. [long spin] .

B2    Keeping the arch with the lady on the outside, the inside lady leads under the arch followed by the man back to place.

Making the arch with the lady on the inside, the outside lady leads under the arch followed by the man back to place.

Man moves forward to the next 2 girls as the dance starts again.
